Like a palimpsest, the landscape rewrites itself several times. For many years, large farms expanded over the pampas plains. With the advance of the city, they were subdivided into smaller plots of land, transforming, in this case, an old farm with long-lived trees into a private neighborhood. Of this last subdivision, only two palm trees and a monkey puzzle tree remained. These trees could be an obstacle to the development of the project but also, at the same time, an opportunity to superimpose, in time and space, elements of the original landscape with the new intervention.

The trees take on a leading role, crossing the spaces, modifying them and giving them meaning. The first floor expands its limits towards the green edges of the lot. The upper floor towards the green lung and the city; the green terrace reconstructs a new horizon, incorporates the treetops and recovers the original extension of the horizontal view of the pampas plains.
